Tsingcarbo® Black Coating

Suzhou Tsingcarbo Nano Materials Co., Ltd. has developed a high-performance spray-on light extinction coating, capable of achieving total hemispherical reflectance around 1% and serving as a direct alternative to traditional vacuum-deposited black coating.

Unlike vacuum black coating which requires expensive vacuum equipment and struggles with complex-shaped parts, our spray process can be applied directly onto workpiece surfaces, including inner walls of intricate optical structures. It delivers broadband light trapping performance to suppress stray light effectively.

The coating features low outgassing, no powder shedding, robust adhesion and stable optical performance. It is widely used for AOI inspection systems, optical lens baffles, LiDAR light shielding assemblies and other precision optical equipment.

Founded by two alumni from the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University, Tsingcarbo is committed to developing domestic high-end nano extinction materials and breaking overseas monopoly in precision optical light absorption solutions.
