Lens shading gasket is one of the typical applications for Tsingcarbo® Black film. It can be die-cut to replace imported materials such as SuperBlack IR and FINESHUT, widely used inside industrial vision lenses, security surveillance lenses, automotive imaging optical modules.

Working as shading, thickness-setting spacer with slight elastic cushioning, it solves the common failure of traditional flocked gaskets: fiber shedding and particle contamination inside lens barrel, improving assembly yield and realizing domestic substitution of imported optical materials.
