1 Tsingcarbo® 300 Thermal Desorption Tube

1.1 Product Overview

Tsingcarbo® 300 Thermal Desorption Tube is a high-performance triple-bed adsorbent tube for sampling and thermal desorption analysis of VOCs and SVOCs in air, water, soil and industrial emissions. It uses proprietary Tsingcarbo® graphitized carbon black and carbon molecular sieve adsorbents, offering strong trapping efficiency, thermal stability and complete desorption for C₂ and higher compounds. It complies with EPA TO-1, TO-2, TO-3, TO-17 and is fully compatible with mainstream thermal desorption instruments.

2 Tsingcarbo® 217 Thermal Desorption Tube

2.1 Product Overview

Tsingcarbo® 217 Thermal Desorption Tube is a high-performance dual-bed adsorbent tube designed for EPA TO-17 toxic volatile organic compounds in ambient air, workplace air and industrial emissions. It uses proprietary Tsingcarbo® graphitized carbon black and carbon molecular sieve adsorbents with high trapping capacity, low blank and complete desorption. It is a cost-effective alternative for environmental monitoring and industrial hygiene.

3 Tsingcarbo® T420 Thermal Desorption Tube

3.1 Product Overview

Tsingcarbo® T420 Thermal Desorption Tube is a dedicated dual-bed tube optimized for terpene sampling from botanicals, flowers, essential oils, cannabis, hops and flavor materials. It uses hydrophobic Tsingcarbo® graphitized carbon black adsorbents with excellent retention and clean desorption for terpenes, minimal water adsorption and low artifact formation.

4.1 Product Overview

Tsingcarbo® 100 Thermal Desorption Tube is a general-purpose single-bed tube for medium-volatility VOCs (C₅–C₁₂) in air, soil and water matrices. It uses Tsingcarbo® B (Graphitized Carbon Black), independently developed and mass-produced, featuring high thermal stability, low background, low pressure drop and reliable reproducibility.

5 Tsingcarbo® 202 Thermal Desorption Tube

5.1 Product Overview

Tsingcarbo® 202 Thermal Desorption Tube is a dual-bed tube for semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) and high-boiling VOCs (C₅–C₂₀). It uses two Tsingcarbo® graphitized carbon black adsorbents, providing strong retention for heavy hydrocarbons, PAHs and SVOCs with complete thermal desorption. Ideal for soil, solid waste and industrial emission analysis.

5.2 Adsorbent Composition

General Storage & Handling

Store in clean, dry, cool environment (0–25°C, humidity <60%)

Keep sealed with end caps when not in use

Avoid organic solvents, high humidity and direct sunlight

Recondition at 320–350°C under inert gas for 1–2 hours before reuse
