General description:

Tsingcarbo^® C is graphitized polymer carbons, and represent an additional benefit over the graphitized carbon blacks due to their spherical particle shape in packed bed systems. Tsingcarbo^® C is also non- friable; it can withstand superior pressures (16,000- 20,000 psi) when used in packed bed systems in gas and liquid applications. The uniformly defined graphite surface provides unique selectivity for both chromatography and sample preparation.

Tsingcarbo® C is a type of spherical graphitized polymer carbon (SGPC) adsorbents, and offers weaker relative adsorptive strength compared to Tsingcarbo B. Surface interactions depend solely on dispersion (London) forces.

Features：Having the similar surface and adsorption performance as Carbopack C, it has high thermal stability, low surface area, and low back pressure.

Suitable for separation：High molecular weight organic compounds, such as alkylbenzene and long-chain fatty hydrocarbons (C8-C20), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PNAs).
